1. I lost SIM-card on which the service Click was connected. How I can connect this service on my new number?

For this purpose with the help of the section ‘menu’ of the ATM turn off SMS-notification service from old number and connect service to a new phone number and you will adjust through the USSD request: *880*0*number of card*expiry date# call.

2. How I can receive a CVV code for the plastic card of UZCARD system to purchase the book on the Internet?

CVV code is not used in the UZCARD system. World practice shows that use of a CVV code for online payments is not the safe tool. All international services of online payments pass to 3D Secure technology. It is the most modern security technology of payments according to cards on the Internet. Allows to identify uniquely authenticity of the card holder performing transaction and as much as possible to reduce a fraud risk according to the card. Concerning UZCARD, online payment is possible at the included service of SMS informing with confirmation by the one-time password.

3. I am a programmer, I live in a small town, and many people speak to me to unblock their blocked plastic cards. I can unblock cards or for this purpose it is necessary to be a bank employee?

With the purpose of safety, blocked plastic cards will be unblocked only in the servicing bank.
